Theme changes from before you login to after you do...

Hi guys,

I'm having an odd thing happen where my users view this design before logging in:

But this design after:

http://petsitterbible.com/images/Google ChromeScreenSnapz019.png

The after design/theme is the one I want it to always look like.

Haven't been able to figure yet, any ideas guys?
