error (Not Found) in "Questions that may already have your answer" and in "Control Panel"

when i insert a discussion title, i see, under "Questions that may already have your answer", an error (see top of the image)

also ai see the same error in Control Panel (see bottom of the image) and in fact if i select RunInBackground=true and run MainIndex, i cannot see nothing in box console but i see only "error (Not Found)"

peraps on my server is missing something? can you give me info to troubleshout this problem?

    SOLVED

    my problem was url rewriting not enable

    enabling URL rewriting (as suggested from mcu_hq) solve problem
