"Undefined discussion title" in 2.1 embedded comments

So, I was playing around with the new version. I am really looking forward to the embedded comments feature. I implemented it just fine (the custom code, not the wordpress one) and it is working very well.
However, when it creates a discussion, the title is "undefined discussion title" and the content is missing. That is of course becuase I haven't declared those in my embed code. So, which are the variables I should set for the title and content?
