All links redirecting to Wordpress blog

Starting sometime this afternoon, every link on my forum (discussions, dashboards, whatever) have started redirecting to my wordpress blog's main page (anything under daveandjoel.com/vanilla sends the user to daveandjoel.com). I assume this is some plugin integration weirdness, though I'm not sure how it would've started, but how can I disable the plugins without being able to access the dashboard? I've tried renaming the plugin directory to no effect.

A very similar situation is happening to my site, except I'm redirected to a 404 page. The landing page of the forums works fine: http://bitbybitstudios.com/forum , but as soon as I click on any other link, I get a 404 page, like this: http://bitbybitstudios.com/forum/categories/virtual-controls-suite-support . My site has a catch-all 404 enabled, so I suspect that accounts for why my site shows a 404 instead of showing the blog main page as Fastkarate's site does.
Fastkarate, it looks like you have a catch-all redirect to main page instead of a 404 on your site. If I try a bad link to your site, I just get the main page: http://daveandjoel.com/xxjxjxjxjxjxjx
