Usernames not displaying in FirstLastNames Plugin

We want to be able to see the real names of members in the members list, but have the usernames displayed with their posts. Enable Display Names is set for this plugin, along with Hide Real User Names, but the real names are still showing. Is this the correct setting to do this?
