Error in version 0.9.2.6

I regularly receive this error when adding a comment from a FireFox browser:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class comment in /srv/vefir/personal/levy/weareone/forum/library/Vanilla.Comment.class.php on line 14

It' s not only when I try to post a new comment but also in whatever inquiries or inserts. I' ll post more errors when I get them.

There is also a problem login in from IE. I' ve tried all the normal fix procedures like deleting private data (cookies, history, whatever) but it doesn' t work. All my users have to use FireFox.

    That's a PHP error; why would it only happen with Firefox?

    The problem has been fixed after a long dicussion with my ISP. It was a file access rights problem.
