Post edit options: What plugin is this forum using? How can I add this to our forum?

The post edit options (bold, italic, URL add button, etc) what plugin is vanillaforums.org using for this? How can I add this to our forum instead of the heavy WYSIWYG default plugin?

I've searched addons but have not found it. Is that option only for those who are hosted on Vanillaforums.com?

It's called Button Bar.

I enabled and below edit box it says: "You can use Simple Html in your post."

How do I disable HTML editing so that is says "You can use Markdown in your post."
