In my server response header I have duplicate set cookies. Why?

So I switch to phpbb and tested and only one cookie. Switch back and the same thing from VF. Two indentical lines.
Where can I edit to remove one of these lines?

This would be considered a low priority quirk in Vanilla. No big deal.
