Trying to integrate Vanilla with ocPortal

I have been trying to make an installer for Vanilla in the ocPortal. ocPortal offers an automatic integration of many third party forum services during its initial setup. It already has installers for phpBB, vBulletin, IPB, SMF and whatever you can think of. Vanilla was missing, so I thought it was worthwhile to write it. The integration is done based on a single file like the one [phpbb2] I am attaching. I an having problems because I am more of a Java man than a PHP man and I get confused with the variables.
If someone would tell me what variables to replace, or even if just guide me it would be enormous help.
