Addon to stop people posting links until they have X amount of posts.

Hello,

I want to stop people posting links to other websites unless they have XX amount of posts. Do I need a plugin/addon for this? Can you recommend one please? I searched but could not find one. Or can I do this via the admin panel?

Would also be good if I could still allow links to my own site, but ban all others.

    Anyone? This is a great way to limit spam since new member cannot signup just for the purpose of dropping a link (which is commonly done). They need to have made at least a few posts before they can do that. I thought this would have been a standard feature?
