How to move the main menu

Hi.
I have embedded vanilla forum to my site, but now i want to move the main menu to my sites main menu.
So I wonder how i do that.

    This will most likely not work. I believe the embedded version can't break out of its frame. I might be mistaken though as I never actually used it.

    okey. But can't i create 2 different menus on my site. one for the logged in and one for logged out. Then Hide the vanilla main menu. And just take the links and past them to mine menu? But then is the problem how I check if people has logged in or not.
