BB Insert Bar

I've created a BB Insert Bar to insert BB Code to the Comments Textarea. It requires the Better BB Code Extension that the Comment ist displayed properly.

I hope there are no errors in the extension, because it's my first extension.

    Hm, when I tried this extension, none of the images appeared. It was just oddly spaced text buttons... Another issues to consider with this extension: when you have text, html and bbcode all as options, is there a way that we can make the bbcode insert bar only appear when the bbcode formatting option is selected below the commenting area? on that note, it would be nice if when HTML was selected, it dished out HTML instead of bbcode...

    i agree w/ tim it WOULD be great if when html was selected it did html code... mmm cross platform...(home simpson voice)

    @tim, jaredb: I will look, if I can edit the Bar, so that it does HTML when HTML is selected and BB when BB is selected.
    @bergamot: I will replace my icons with yours and upload it to the Add-Ons Directory

    I don't know, how i could do this, I'm happy that it's now at the top of the textarea.

    Actually i've updated the Add-On, now it supports HTML and BBCode. I hope it works fine for everyone...

    What do you think of something like this, it's now only experimental, you can choose the predefined fonts and the tags are inserted automatic. And what do you think about a Color Picker?

    hm... color picker is great, but this font-chooser would be better in its own window (like color picker) and not in the bar ;)

    edit: is it possible to disable the bottom bar in the pop-up window with the colors?

    Instead of opening a new window, you could just use a div like Mark does for the autocomplete stuff.

    And if you're already doing menus, might as well make a smiley one too :D

    i personally thing that pop-out bar is UGLY! it cant be in some sort of dropdown?
