It's entirely possible yes - you can use something like the "Pockets" plugin to add the AdSense code to your forums.

Anyone knows a plugin there does so you can use bold italic [youtube] [img] etc when you post. and a plugin there shows how many members registerd etc. already tried to search for theese but didn't find any ones. thanks

It is better to post separate topics for all your different questions. Also it's a good idea to manually go through all the addons available, it takes an hour tops and will let you know what addons are available.

That is a core feature. Maybe you are just looking for an editor bar? Then you are looking for ButtonBar or maybe CLEditor?
