Language definition.php

I have downloaded the new Swedish locle. But nothing changes. Do I have to have a new definition.php or what do I change in the one that I have?

    Please clarify: Nothing has been changed in comparison to the definition.php you have or is the file actually different but the changes aren't visible on the forum?

    I don´t know. The Swedish locale is translated to 99%. But when i put the files in the locale folder. Nothing is changed. So therefore I thought that there would have been som changes in the definition.php. the first locale was one file. Now there is to. Site-core and dash-core.

    Did you activate it in you dashboard -> Locale?
