When I click the Create One link on the mobile version of Vanilla Forums 2, it says Apply for Membership at the top of the page. I would like to know where the file is that contains the text so I can change it.

Nevermind, I found the file. It's /applications/dashboard/views/entry/registercaptcha.php.
you can use a translation to change that text without modifying any core code.
