Got error when title and body text contain this ' character?

Hi,

I'm newbie in vanillaforums.
I've installed and make back testing, then i got problem when post that contain this ' char in title or body text.

Error message appear in pop up, white text " You don't have permission to access /post/discussion "

Please inform me how to solved this problem.
