add community plugin/theme to hosted vanilla

I am using a hosted Vanilla instance, and I'd like to try some of the community plugins I see available.
I don't see how to upload these to the hosted vanilla though. Is there an account I am supposed to use to upload to the hosted plugins / themes directories?
