Override the language setting for extensions through the settings in the definitions.php?
I think it is useful if the language definitions of the extensions would be overrided through the definitions in definitions.php.
My case: I have to change the language-definitions to russian ones every time the newer version of an extension comes out, so it is better to define the same things in the definitions.php and vanilla would take also this definitions instead of those in the extension-file.
