Modifying the header...

I added something to the header a while back and now I want to remove it but have no idea how I got it there in the first place...

Any ideas?

    Well, it should have been modified in your custom theme's default.master file.

    If you've changed it in the core, well, I suspect you are on your own trying to find it.

    Try using something like grep or agent ransack to search for a keyword in the change you made.

    if it isn't in your custom theme files..

    Alternatively, you could download the vanilla zip and re-install, and make all your changes the proper way. Then it will be easier to find any changes you make in the future. That's why you have been getting all the advice not to change core files.

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.

    I'm using the default theme...

    I added adsense code next to the logo but no idea where....
