Vanilla 2.1 issues on mobile, no styling

hi i'm experimenting on Vanilla 2.1 im not sure what's wrong with this one http://www.katxt.com , on mobile the styling is not working.

the server version is 5.3 http://www.katxt.com/ver.php

Add this line to your config.php file to fix it:

$Configuration['DebugAssets'] = TRUE;
