Wishlist and Vanilla Inegration

I have installed the forum and followed the instructions to implement and embed the vanilla forums into my wordpress blog. I am using wishlist membership plugin and want this to integrate with my membership registration system. I added the Jconnect and copied over the client ID and secret key. I also installed the wishlist extension that is suppose to copy over the roles and permissions based on the membership name. Anyone have any insight as to what I may be doing wrong? I want to get this working as I do not want to resort to using simple-press forum software.
