jsConnect and version 2.1a33

I am running Vanilla 2.1a33 and just installed jsConnect. I have run into a small problem that I don't understand.

The forum is at /forum

jsConnect is configured properly

When a call is made to the main site /list/login this is what is sent in the query string:

client_id=1074239967&Target=%2F&callback=jQuery17205040722665648192_1355838154866&_=1355838155456

The client_id is good.
The target is / and should be /forum.
There is no timestamp key, instead it is sent as an underscore.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

    I do know how to spell version and I just edited the post to correct the typo. I just can't type well all the time. Pretty bad, considering I write code all day.

    Can you hit the test url and tell me what you see there?

    The Test URL seems to be perfect. That is what has me so confused.
