Can I create a Vanilla forum in Spanish?

I am a recent fan of Vanilla tool and I have a forum where I use it, but I have noticed that there is a similar forum to VanillaFoum but for the Spanish community, where you can report Plugins, Apps, Themes, etc, plus videos explanatory and all documentation in my language possible. The Spanish locale files should be compatible with 2.1. There might be a few words that have been changed and added since 2.0, but those can be easily fixed and added.
