A few questions

Hi Guys,
I have a few questions - if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.
On my site: www.thesuccessblog.co.uk - I have installed the addon pockets but I need to know how wide the left hand side panel is so I can add an image there. Somebody please advise me on this.
Also how can I add something on the navigation menu like "Bulletin" which takes you to eg. "www.google.com"
Please help as soon as possible.

Also how can I make an panel in the left hand side panel with the same css style box as the other ones?

the panel is 250px . To adapt the css to your look you must edit the css for the pockets.

hi could someone help with that? making a box in the left handside panel that matches the same style as the others? What files do I look into?
Also how do I add something onto the navigation bar at the top eg. a link to google

I have managed to solve these issues myself but just 2 things I need help with please:

• How can I add something on the navigation bar?
• How can I change the 'credits/footer' box in the left handside panel, how do I change the text?
