I took the Facebook social plugin that Todd wrote and modified it for Foursquare. I have run into a problem. Everything works EXCEPT, when the form asks the user for a username, it does not ask for a password. The password field is always hidden. This is a problem as the user cannot login during the times the user cannot use the Foursquare authentication.
How do I get the password field to show all the time and save the password?
