New forum setup started throwing 404's everywhere?

I installed the forum a month ago, and I'm just now returning to it to start using it for a small project. However, whenever I click on anything, I'm getting a 404 message. The forum itself shows the index page, but I can't access anything else after that. The forum is here: ao.thriveym.com/forum

Any thoughts on what the issue could be? It was working perfectly just a few weeks ago, and I haven't made any changes to the site.
