SEO for vanilla without plugins

Hello
I have seen SEO companion and Vanilla SEO plugins without any such option to change the permalinks or home title or description or meta keywords, etc. i am wondering, is there any way to add or change these!

Also how can i change the title from All Discussions - site to something else?

Permalinks are showing site.com/discussions/post#item1
What is i #item1!!!!!
Is there any way to make it
site.com/discussions/post?

    item # refers to the order of the comments in a discussion topic.

    I think you may be looking for this

    add it to config.php and see if it works for you.

    $Configuration['Vanilla']['Comments']['AutoOffset'] = FALSE;
