1300 spam applicants - how to dump them all?

There seems to be no select all on the applicants page. Also is there a way to add a captcha or similar to the apply for registration so that i can avoid spammy applicants?

Thanks - cleanser did the trick. When I try botstop, I get a 'bonk' page instead of a apply for applicant page, so that is not working.

OK - i fixed that. Instead of the edit, I now allow anyone who can do both captchas to join. Botspot + captcha.
