Show top/bottom in discussion list

Hello! I recently helped moved a forum my wife participates in from Invision Power Board to Vanilla forums. The PageNavigator plugin has been very well received by the forum members as they were used to being able to get to the top or bottom of a page in the comments on a discussion. The forum members have also asked if it would be possible to enable the top/bottom of page functionality in the list of discussions itself in addition to the first/last comment. We'd be happy to donate something to the cause if it would help enable this additional functionality.
