How to make Vanilla forums wp plugin work with jsconnect for sso?

I couldn't make the Vanilla forums Wordpress plugin with jsconnect. The Vanilla Connect plugin works, instead.
The main difference I noticed is in the sign in URL. Where the Vanill forums plugin shows {Target}, the other plugin shows a URL generated from the parameters I specified.
