Theme not work properly for me*

< div id="foot" > why its come under body i really didn't understand this problem.
Just because of that theme is not working properly
I did re-installation plenty of time but its not working then i did changes in default.master.php nothing happen
Actually default.master.php is already fine its working on local server its working fine but not web-server.
if possible let me know the solution on propriety basis.
