Moderation Queue - How to add words?

Under Moderation Queue there is a text said:

To prevent abuse, some tools automatically hide content and list it here until it is manually approved by a moderator.

I assume there is a word list database contains the words like "f**k" and that kind of word. And this tool will suspend the topic which contains those kind of words from post. i'm i right? if it works that way, I need to add my local word under that database. Please let me know how can i add my local on that database or snippet?

You would have to find and install such a plugin.

It's not built in to Vanilla.
