v2.0.18.4 Authentication - All working except Google Sign In

I've got OpenID, Facebook & Twitter working - but cannot get Google Sign In to work.
Errors pops up to a 404 page:
http://my-website.com/forum/entry/openid?url=https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id&Target=/&display=popup
allow_url_fopen On — once I enabled this, OpenID started working, along with Facebook & Twitter
But still no love for Google Sign In??
PS: I see "Make sure you click Settings after enabling this plugin to enable Google signin." But no settings on the settings page??
Any ideas?
