Let me explain, I just want the sidebar to appear not only in the sending page new topic. I use the theme bootstrap.

Yes!
if you want to remove the panel for a specific page:
you need to put the name of the body(page) you wish to apply this to example:
this will remove the panel from the profile page. put it in the custom.css

He wants to display the panel, not hide it. You would need to do this via theme hooks.
Oh, in that case it is not as easy...

Displaying the sidebar in any part of Vanilla is super easy - it's just CSS. However, adding extra modules to the sidebar (some sections don't have a lot of modules by default) can be a bit of pain depending on your skill level and the installed version of Vanilla. With 2.1, adding extra modules is a breeze but I'm not so sure about 2.0 - what version are you using?

This bit was rather revealing:
I can see why it's confusing :-)

@Okram92: With the response you received so far, would you perhaps be able to specify what you're trying to do - hide the sidebar in a specific section of Vanilla or show it in a section of Vanilla, where it does not appear by default? Furthermore, could you post which version of Vanilla you're using? If you're having trouble finding the specific version number, just say the word and we'll help you find it.
