How to turn off Published/Edit/Delete block when viewing a page and have permission to edit pages?

When I view a page created by candy (and I my role is such that I can manage candy page), the block displaying what is shown in attached graphic is displayed.

I would like not to show this block under all circumstance - where can I turn it off?
