Nested comments in Nebula theme..

So I'm checking out the updated Nebula theme, and I'm liking it so far! Only one problem, it's displaying nested comments in threads, which is messing up the layout. Is this supposed to happen? Because it looks quite broken.

Also, I'm not sure how to link a question/discussion to a specific addon.
you go to the add on page, select ask a question, the new discussion page opens, you choose the category, ask the question, tag the discussion, use the name of the add on as a tag and any other tag which applies.
