Discussion/comment setting

Hi,
You created great plugin!
In my case I find notification about comments very tiering. I wanned to know if its possible to make setting for sending notifications
about comments and new discussion separately?
And how can I quickly make such change in code , just for the next version with such upgrade will be up.

Accually after looking at code i realized a way you are doing this comment notifications - by Bookmarks. So it will be quite hard to do such setting.
Just for now I cleared bookmark setting from database, and commented adding bookmark in Your plugin.
