My first major error

Well I imagine it to be a major error....could someone tell me

This occured when declining a member access to the forums, and I'm wondering if it's actually been done if you know what I mean?

EDIT: This actually occurs everytime I try to decline anyone access, it says their user searches haven't been deleted, but they were never a user, so surely that shouldn't be a problem? Also the user is still in the "applicants" list after...

    What versions are you using? PHP Version? MySQL Version? Vanilla Version?

    Code which was related to what has now become an extension (SavedSearches) was left in the usermanager class. It caused this bug when that extension wasn't enabled. I removed the code from the core and added it into the extension. All fixed.
