Active Directory intergration

I have only had a few hours with this Vanilla Forum install - OMG, this thing absolutely ROCKS...
Our plans are to implement this internally within our LAN / WAN config for company relevant solutions..
One question I have and am not able to see or find is this question 'Is Vanilla Forums able to be intergrated into an Active Directory / LDAP environment?'.
If so, is there instructions on how to do this connection?

What do you need for it to be integrated? Just moving user information back and forth? Isn't that the same process Vanilla is doing with WordPress? (jsconnect)

Thanks for the speedy reply... The reason we would like this to be implement via the AD user database is the use of a single passwords across all our site software / intranet solutions...

Perhaps jsconnect can do it - the options just don't look as I've experienced before...
