Fatal Error - Database Causing Problems

Hello,
My site is displaying Fatal Error in Gdn_Database.Connection();

It is preventing the website from working. The site is bestschools.ca/forum/categories/university-and-college-life

I am completely lost and have no idea what I should do to restore the site. Everything has been working perfectly until this fatal error page appeared out of nowhere. Thank you in advance.

Let's focus on this error:
SQLSTATE[42000] [1226] User 'globalt2_vnl1' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 1)

Now set your debug setting back to make it show that Bonk error instead of these details. You don't want the world to see those details for too long.
