Nebula theme question

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, and I'm sure this is an easy fix, but I can't seem to figure out how to put a background image on the header/logo area in the nebula theme.
I can upload the logo, customize the CSS file etc, but I just can't seem to get a background image on the header area as a whole..
I'd be extremely grateful for any help with this! Thank you in advance.

The header does not have any background image. The grey image that you are seeing is for the entire body or webpage. If you want to change it, put appropriate css in id header or class banner.
