Improved look & feel of the plugin

As I told @kasperisager, I made a slight change to the plugin so that it allows to maintain the visual representation of the Category hierarchy, without breaking the Search functionality.
If anyone wishes to test the modification while they wait for the plugin to be updated, it can be found in my forked Git repository.
