I'm receiving this fatal error, any suggestions on what to do to deal with it? I get it when I try to review the applications.

It means the file or whatever you wanted to do was too large for the task to be executed. Like if you upload a very large image but it is too large to resize into thumbnail , you will get a memory allocation error/problem. It has to do with memory allocation settings. Could be host related or your settings related.

sounds like you are keeping a close eye (or i mean closed eye) on your forum
or you have an extremely fast bot.
I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.
It was the "closed" eye.
I suggest you read the comments relating to the plugin also on "how not to read directions on the plugin."

okay so... I've uploaded Cleanser in the plugins - but don't find it.
plug-ins
Admin panel - plug-ins.
Does it appear in your config.php? If it does not, check permission on your server for the config.php should be 775 but for some people they need to make them 777 although it is not advisable to leave them that high.

V,
of course it won't appear in config.php and shouldn't appear .
it's not enabled.
you're heading towards a large school of red herrings.
@CharlesCity365
did you back up your database?
show a screen shot of the first image with folder permissions.
and a screenshot of the folder contents of the cleanser plugin.

you have the wrong owner. Is justind7 the owner of your other plugins.

Tried to change it to 777 and it still didn't show in the plugins.
if you showed a listing of the permissions with group and owner of your plugins instead of a popup box. It would be easier to help you/

I don't know how to do that? I believe justind7 (me) is the owner of all plugins.
