? define/add more attribute (meta/tag) under discussion topic, besides Announcement and Closed

to describe the attribute/type of the discussion, with check box options for author to define...not just "Announcement" and "Closed".
some part like image showed in attached...

    there might be another way:
    hack and free to define "Announcement" and "Closed",

    but how to

    1. inactive sticky function of "Announcement", turn it into regular discussion.
    2. active the comment function of "Closed", turn it into regular discussion.
