    Hi! Warning "Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated error" has gone. Thanks to spinsaround. But, I have problems "with" checkboxes. If I turn on "Subscribe to forum" or "Subscribe to discussion" its has no effect. After page reloading (or logoff|login) I see all switches off. I've take a look to the table "LUM_Notify". Then I switching the one of the checkboxes, I can see the line in the table. However, if I move to another discussion or just reload the page, checkbox is appear off, and the table again becomes empty. Maillog is clear. i have fresh install of version 1 with extensions: Account Pictures Atom Feed Attachments Category Jumper Comment Removal Discussion Filters Discussion Pages Html Formatter IP History Legends MarkAllRead New Applicants Page Management Poll Predefined Attributes Preview Post Quick Keys Quotations RSS2 Feed Signatures Who's Online Member List :) Any idea? Server: FreeBSD 6.0, Apache 2.2.0 PHP 4.4.2 Mysql 5.1.7

    #it is commented in a strange manner. author used "//" and "#" for comments #The extension "Notify" enables to subscribe to the complete forum, categories or single discussions to be notified about new comments/discussions. Every user won't get more than one mail, until he visits the forum again. where is the line that says "send only one email" could it be easily changed to a version that emails all posts (no need to come back) #how much strain is this extension putting on the server? Hah, relatively as there's no good way to measure it. Forums grows - > people want more notifications - > slows down # I would say that email_notify.txt should go to the language.php but then ... it might be more more complicated to code this way.
  • change line 224 to: $SubscribeOwnStatus = CheckSubscribeOwn($this->Context); ... this still isn't working for me :(
  • Is it possible to make this extension to notify a forum member for each post that has been updated?

    The way it works now is it will only notify once there is a new post is in the forum, am i right?
