"Code quote" plugin?

I tried to find a plugin where I can quote source codes, with better formatting and stuff.
Seen other forums with a smaller box included with a scroll bar for this purpose.

Cant find anything here under "addons". Do anyone else know a addon that work?

Could you please post a link to one of the other forums which implement such feature? I have difficulties visualising it, an example would make things easier.
