Deactivating Vanilla Welcome Mail - Wordpress Integration

hi,

i integrated vanilla with wordpress and wordpress handles all the users and email sendout. when a user registers in wordpress and gets connected to the forum, he gets a mail like "welcome aboard" or something like this. how can i deactivate this email?
