I'm afraid that the error by itself doesn't give any clue of what could be wrong. Could you please post more details on when it occurs, what you do to get it and the details of any specific plugin, theme or special configuration you have in place?
Hi, the error occour very frequently reading or writing by iPhone, rarely by pc. I've a standard installation but a 6gb database and (I suppose) a not so adeguate disk array for my usual 200 concurrent users.
That is a good idea. An error that occurs "randomly" and, especially, on a mobile platform, is next to impossible to troubleshoot without more details.
