Installed Vanilla <embed> for Wordpress and have 404 errors.

Greetings!

New user to both wordpress and vanilla forums! Thanks guys for all your help/support.

Right, so the problem is that whenever I go on a page on my wordpress site, the widget links (user activity,comment,member) all of the links from the widgets receive 404 errors because the "/example/" directory isn't displaying the "#/example and instead its showing "vanillaforum/example" I am running the latest Wordpress and Vanilla plugin. I've tried to look through config.php various settings in Vanilla folder and wordpress .php files. Still I am stuck?

Please help!

Edit. I seemed to repair it , but I had to enable the Widgets intergration in Wordpress. However, now my users avatar is missing. How can I fix that?

if you fixed the 404 problem, then the avatar problem is another thing that has nothing to do with this query.
