i think its one of those picture sentences, using icons.

@jun turn on the debug modus, since we don't know what's wrong yet. Then look at the details of the debug modus and search for answers on those details. use the forum search on google. Report those details if you cannot find the answers using google or the forum search.
Just a hint : use google translate to post the problems in english please. My Chinese & Japanese skills are a bit rusty.

He means that he can install Vanilla successfully, but he doesn’t know how to localize Vanilla into Chinese.

Steps:

1. Download Chinese locale pack from Transifex or Addons.

2. Copy the locale pack to your /locales folder.

3. Go to you dashboard under locales and enable the locale pack.

4. Make sure your locale is selected as the default locale at the top.

What locale are you using? I will assume simplified, after installing in the locales,

change this in the forum/application/conf/config.php

$Configuration['Garden']['Locale'] = 'zh-CN';

then enable the locale in the dashboard.
